Literally cherry picking is fun too but here I am talking about designing the future that you really want.

As we start the transition out of lockdown:

  • write down all the positives and negatives of your life before
  •  set some goals for your future; and
  • cherry pick what you really want.

Now is the time to make a conscious effort to make a positive CHANGE because we have already started on some good habits through lockdown. It takes time and effort to break a habit. The lockdown has given us the structure and rules to change some of our habits.  Are you aware of the new habits you want to keep?  Awareness of them in a great first step to then work at them and make them into new good habits


Your best future is one you design yourself

If we are not careful, we will slowly transition back to our habits of before.

Let the silver lining of this pandemic be a positive change that you drive and steer and not just ‘hope’ it happens.   Now – how is your list going? Send your list to me if that helps you be more accountable 🙂
